AIR FILTER TEST RIG

MACHINE DESCRIPTION :

An AIR FILTER TEST RIG is custom built test rig to suit specific requirement to test Ventilation Resistance and Dust Retaining capacity of Air Filters. The Air Filter test rig is built to comply the SAE-J726 testing standards.

Machine ideal to test Dry type, Wet type, Oil bath type, Cyclone Type and Multistage Vehicle air filters.

MACHINE FEATURES :

Customized Test rig for Testing the Air Filters as per SAE-J726 Testing Standards.
Generation of Air Flow with suitably Designed and High Precision Air Blower.
4 Line measurement system on the machine to accurately measure flow range
Flow ranges:

I.	7.0 to 20.03	III.	15.0 to 85.0
II.	10.0 to 40.0	IV.	26.0 to 250.0

Provision to mount and test one Specific Air filter sample at a time.
Drop across filter element measured through Manometer or High Precision Pressure differential sensors.
Piezo Rings to control velocity of Air in Tube.
Manual / Automatic controlled valves for line selection.
Measurement of Air flow through Manometer/ High precision air flow meters.
Provision of Absolute filter on machine with Pneumatic lifting mechanism of Absolute filter mounting fixture head.
Specially developed Air Dust feeder.
PC and PLC based system with dedicated software developed on Labview, Scada OR .net framework.
Data acquisition on Machine PC and transferrable to customer MES Server.
Customizable Reporting format.
