DROP BOX TEST RIG- TRACTORS

MACHINE DESCRIPTION :

A DROP BOX is a part of a Tractor Transmission and enables to engage and disengage the Front wheel/Four wheel  drive of the Tractor.

The DROP BOX TEST RIG is a customised test rig manufactured to test the operation of this Drop Box assembly before mounting on the Tractor Transmission.

  • Drop Box tested under load.
  • Loading through a specially designed loading unit with settable load values.

  • Manual Shifting of Gears. Automatic shifting available on request.
  • Closed Loop Oil Filtration unit.
  • Interlocks for Oil level to avoid damage to components.
  • Poka yoke for unit under test.
  • Ease of engagement with loading unit through Splined adapters.
  • Flexible couplings to accommodate any misalignments.
  • PC+ PLC based system for control and data acquisition.
  • Dedicated software available on request.
  • Barcode Scanning and Printing facility available on request.
