CLUTCH TESTER- STATIC TORQUE

The CLUTCH TESTER test rig is designed to test the Static torque on a Clutch assembly.

MACHINE DESCRIPTION :
  • Customised Test rig with Rigid and Robust Design to test Clutch assembly for Static Torque
  • Quick changeover of fixtures to suit different Variants and types of Clutch
  • Measurement of Torque through high precision load cell for accuracy.
  • Specially developed data acquisition system to acquire Peak drop in Torque.
  • Variable settable speeds of rotation through ACVD controlled motor.
  • Settable direction of rotation of clutch housing
  • PC+ PLC based system with Dedicated Software developed on Labview, Scada or .net Framework.
  • Data storage on Machine PC with customized reporting and transfer of data to MES Server.
  • Two hand safety system for operator safety.
  • Barcode Scanning and Printing facility available on request.
