HYDRAULIC LIFT TEST MACHINE

MACHINE DESCRIPTION :

A HYDRAULIC LIFT (Rockshaft/VTU) is an assembly mounted on the tractor transmission on which the Tractor implements like plough, harvester etc are mounted.

The HYDRAULIC LIFT test rig is Designed and built to test this assembly before mounting it on the Tractor transmission by mechanically simulating the tractor transmission on which the assembly is mounted.

MACHINE FEATURES :

  • Customized Test rig for Testing TRACTOR HYDRAULIC LIFT UNIT.
  • Rigid and Robust design.
  • Suitable to test different variants of HYDRAULIC LIFTS with minimum setup change
  • Variable Flow through Speed controlled input motor.
  • Variable Loading value ( usually 500- 4800 kgs) through specially designed hydraulic circuit, Hydraulic cylinders and Hydraulic powerpack.
  • Quick release couplings for connections of hydraulic hoses to the Hydraulic Lift.
  • Accurate Pressure measurement through top end pressure transducers.
  • Accurate Flow measurement through special high back pressure Flowmeters.
  • Close loop oil supply with desired level of oil filtration.
  • Accurate length measurement with 0.1 mm least count through wire encoder
  • Accurate drop measurement of arms under load with a least count of 0.001mm
  • PC+ PLC based system with specially designed software on different platforms like LABVIEW, SCADA AND .NET FRAMEWORK
  • Transfer of test data to Customer MES Server through PC and PLC
  • Barcode scanning and printing facility.
  • Multiple program options for different variants.
  • Auto Test program selection through barcode reader.

  • Drop in lift arms under load
  • Lifting Time for arms
  • Lift Angle of Arms.
  • Total travel of arms.
  • Shock load relief valve pressure

  • Parameters of Control Valves on the Hydraulic lift.
