PORE SIZE TESTER – FILTER ELEMENTS

The PORE SIZE TESTER is a customized equipment manufactured to test Filters and Filter elements by the Bubble method.

The Pore Size tester is manufactured to Comply with the SAE J806 and SAE J905 Testing standards.

 

MACHINE DESCRIPTION :

  • Customized equipment with rigid and robust design.
  • Quick change over of fixtures for testing different variants of Air Filters and Elements.
  • Pneumatic lowering mechanism for ease of operation and mounting filter element before test.
  • Filter assembly rotation for ease of observing bubbles.
  • Motorized rotation available on request.
  • Gradual increase of Air supply through precision regulator.
  • Pressure indication at first bubble stage through High precision manometer/Pressure sensor
  • Pressure indication for overall bubbling through high precision manometer/pressure sensor
  • Semi automatic machine with integration of PC based system and software available on request.
