MACHINE DESCRIPTION :

The BEARING SEAL TEST RIG is custom designed and manufactured for an ENDURANCE TEST the BEARING SEALS.

MACHINE FEATURES :

Machine manufactured from Graded CI casting and manually scraped to achieve the required alignment and tolerances.
Rigid and Robust design.
Variable Rotation speeds through ACVD Controlled Input motor.
Variable Back pressure on the seals through specially designed pressurizing system.
Controlled temperature of Oil during testing.
Fixtures for different Variants of bearings with minimum set up change.
PLC+ PC based system with data logging for RPM, Pressure, Test time and Temperature rise.
Dedicated software developed on different platforms like LABVIEW, SCADA AND .NET FRAMEWORK
Transfer of test data to Customer MES Server through PC and PLC
Barcode scanning and printing facility.
Multiple program options for different variants.
Auto Test program selection through barcode reader.

Pressure on Bearing Seal
Temperature rise during testing
Oil temperature
Input shaft speed.
