PC Interfaced Gas Spring Tester

MACHINE FEATURES :

  • Self-Standing rigid fabricated structure with robust design
  • Test designed to measure extension and retraction forces of the gas springs as well as the friction resulting from the contact of the piston rod with seals and guides
  • Loading Actuation: Motorized operations
  • Adjustable Distance between Sensing Lower Platen & Actuating Platen.
  • Sample fixed on the machine using dedicated tooling
  • Measuring Units: Linear Movement – mm (LC 1 mm)

  • Tests: On-Line Performance Test of Force @ F1 & F3 positions with Real Time Stamp & OK/N-

  • : Audit Performance Test of Force @ F1 (force at the end of the outward stroke), F2 (force at the start of the outward stroke), F3 (force needed at the start inward stroke) & F4 (force at the end of the inward stroke) positions with Real Time Stamp & OK/N-OK status.
  •  :   Velocity (Rate of Extension) Test under No-Load Condition
  • Single Phase electric supply
