  • Self-centring 3 jaw chuck for quick change over of gear locators
  • One head with Pneumatic Grinder with Abrasive parting wheel for chamfering
  • Second head for Secondary burrs with Wire brush attachment
  • 5 axes freedom for both heads for different types and diameters of gears
  • 5 Axes freedom for both heads for required chamfer angle and depth.
  • PROGRAMMABLE AUTO CYCLE THROUGH PLC
  • Provision for Integration with ROBOTIC INTEGRATION
  • Automatic engagement of both heads during auto cycle
  • Automatic retraction of both heads after Auto cycle End.
  • Three Phase supply
  • Manual Door Opening and Closing with suitable interlocks for Auto cycle.
