OIL SEAL TESTER

MACHINE DESCRIPTION :

The OIL SEAL ENDURANCE TESTER is designed and manufactured to comply with the JASO-F410/IS51251S OR IS4000 Standard and is designed to Test Oil Seals for Endurance.

The machine is designed and manufactured to test the Oil seals for their Sealing ability and Durability.

MACHINE FEATURES :

  • Testing Parameters – Speed, Temperature, Eccentricity, Start Stop etc.
  • Machine designed to check 2 Identical oil seals in a single test.
  • Quick change over of types of seals by changing End plate fixtures.
  • End Plate fixtures ranging from diameter 25mm to 150mm
  • Slurry Chamber for Slurry Test.
  • Leak proof Oil Chamber between two oil seals of approx. capacity 5 lts.
  • Pressurized Oil Chamfer at max 0.5bar pressure.
  • Body cladded heaters with auto control to simulate vehicle temperatures-max 200 deg C
  • Machine built for testing Oil Seals with Dust Contamination with specially designed Dust chamber with Pneumatic control.
  • Hardened Tapered Spindle ( ISO-40).
  • Reciprocating Main Oil Seal Housing with variable Strokes and Frequency.
  • Shaft Rotation through Servo motor with speed ranges from 800-10000 RPM
  • PC+ PLC based system with Dedicated software developed on Labview Platform.
  • Data Storage for tests and Custom Reporting of Data through Software.
  • Data Transfer on Customer MES Server.
  • Machine Customization Available on request.
