RADIAL LOAD TESTER

MACHINE DESCRIPTION:

The OIL SEAL RADIAL LOAD TESTER is designed and manufactured to comply with the SAE J-1901 Split shaft method Standard.

The OIL SEAL RADIAL LOAD TESTER measures the force exerted by Oil Seal Lips on mating shaft in Static condition.

MACHINE FEATURES :

Table mounted machine with Digital LCD indicator.
Machine manufactured to measure force exerted by Oil Seal lips on Mating shaft in Static condition.
Capacity to simulate shaft diameters in range of 15mm to 200 mm.
Quick changeover dedicated fixtures for different diameters of Oil seals
Force measured in Newton Pi, Kilogram and Newton
Dedicated software for transferring of Test data for further analysis.
