MACHINE DESCRIPTION :

An WATER PUMP TEST RIG is designed and manufactured as per Customer specific requirements to test the Water Pumps used in various applications.

Multiple applications across all Industry Verticals like Defence, Railway, Passenger and Commercial Vehicles, Heavy vehicles, Tractors etc.

Customized Test rig for Testing the Water Pump Assembly.
Rigid and Robust design.
Fixtures made suitable to test different Water Pumps with minimum setup change.
Variable Speeds through ACVD Controlled Input motor.
Variable back pressure through Manual Valve or Servo controlled Valve for precise back pressure setting.
Accurate measurement of Flow through specially designed Flowmeter for high Back pressures.
Multiple circuit lines to test multiple pumps in a single setup.
Testing at Controlled Coolant temperature.
Testing at Controlled back pressure
Simulation of Actual negative suction head as on Vehicle/Application.
PC+ PLC based system with specially designed software on different platforms like LABVIEW, SCADA AND .NET FRAMEWORK
Transfer of test data to Customer MES Server through PC and PLC
Barcode scanning and printing facility.
Multiple program options for different variants.
Auto Test program selection through barcode reader.
Closed loop oil filtration.
