MACHINE DESCRIPTION :

The AXLE TEST RIG  is a customized test rig designed and built for Testing the FRONT AXLES of the Passenger, Commercial and Heavy vehicles. 


MACHINE FEATURES :

  • Customized Test rig for Testing Front Axles of Passenger, Commercial and Heavy vehicles.
  • Designed to adapt different types and variants of Axles.
  • Variable Input Speed settings.
  • Provision of Braking at wheels to check Differential condition of Axle.
  • Automatic adaptation of Driving motor and Axle.
  • Accurate measurement of Torque through Torque Transducers
  • Accurate measurement of Speeds through high resolution encoders
  • PC+ PLC based system with dedicated software developed on different platforms like LABVEIW, SCADA AND .NET FRAMEWORK
  • Linking of Data with Customer MES Server.
  • Barcode scanning and Printing
  • Precise Oil filling arrangement
  • Forced or Gravity Oil Draining arrangement
  • Hydraulic actuation of Internal brakes of axle.

  • Speeds at Input and Output of Axle.
  • Speed differential in two outputs during differential lock condition
  • Differential assembly working
  • Torque to rotate

  • Noise Vibration and Harshness analysis of Axles.
