The AXLE TEST RIG is a customized test rig designed and built for Testing the REAR AXLES of the Passenger, Commercial and Heavy vehicles.

Designed to adapt different types and variants of Axles.
Variable Input Speed settings.
Provision of Braking at wheels to check Differential condition of Axle.
Automatic adaptation of Driving motor and Axle.
Accurate measurement of Torque through Torque Transducers
Accurate measurement of Speeds through high resolution encoders
PC+ PLC based system with dedicated software developed on different platforms like LABVEIW, SCADA AND .NET FRAMEWORK
Linking of Data with Customer MES Server.
Barcode scanning and Printing
Precise Oil filling arrangement
Forced or Gravity Oil Draining arrangement
Hydraulic actuation of Internal brakes of axle.
